- Hosting and SSL are included on Cloudflare Pages or our managed stack at no extra charge. We can register a new domain for you at cost, or point your existing domain at the new site for free.
- What's the refund policy?
- Websites: full refund before kickoff, partial refund pro-rated against work delivered. Subscriptions: cancel anytime, no refund on the current period but no auto-renew either.
- Who owns the source code?
- You do. Once a website plan is paid we hand over the full repository. Maintenance and AI receptionist plans use BYO API keys where possible so you keep control.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Yes. Maintenance and AI receptionist tiers can be moved up or down on the next billing cycle. Website upgrades (Starter → Store → Premium) credit the original price toward the higher tier.
