The app is the customer side of BestAI's managed delivery system. It shows what your organisation can use and keeps authorised content aligned with the local tools that run it.
Sync verified files
Downloads are checked against release checksums, then written to the local paths configured for your working environment.

Review versions, sync state and tool health before opening the workflow in Codex or Claude Code.
Your working project stays on your computer
BestAI Workflow connects to BestAI Cloud for sign-in, authorised manifests, release downloads and sync reporting. Standard workflow sync does not upload the contents of your local project files.

From download to sign-in in a few minutes.

Download the disk image
Use the macOS download button on this page. The current public installer is a Universal DMG for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Move the app to Applications
Open the DMG, then drag BestAI Workflow into the Applications folder.

Open and sign in
Launch BestAI Workflow from Applications and sign in with the BestAI account invited to your organisation.
