What does the $399 Online Payments package cover?
Everything in the Business Website, plus the ability to take payments online: products, services, bookings, deposits, donations, subscriptions, classes, events. If Stripe supports it, we build it. Includes a checkout flow, product or service pages, and order or booking notifications. Stripe charges 2.65% + $0.30 per transaction. We don't charge any platform fee.
When should I pick the $999 Premium / Advanced tier?
Pick Premium in two situations. (a) Advanced commerce: you have a large catalogue, complex variants, B2B logic, multi-currency, subscriptions, or anything beyond a standard 20-item store. (b) Premium design: you want a high-end custom look with video, original artwork, motion, and bespoke interactions that go beyond what templates can deliver. If neither applies, the $199 or $399 tier will serve you well.
Can I upgrade from $199 to $399 or $999 later?
Yes. We can add online payments later, or move you up to the Premium tier when your business is ready. You'll pay the difference plus a small migration fee. No penalty for starting small.
How can you offer free hosting?
We use modern infrastructure that serves static websites at effectively zero cost. This means we can pass the savings on to you. No catch, no hidden fees. Note: the Premium tier ($999) includes a test server, but production hosting for advanced commerce is billed separately because it usually needs dedicated infrastructure.
How does your page allowance compare to NZ web agencies?
