Google is bringing the wrong searches
You can see clicks coming in, but you are not sure which search terms to keep, question or block.
You are already paying for ads, but it can be hard to tell which searches are a poor fit, which existing ad deserves attention and what to change next. For NZ$999, we review one small part of each account, explain what we found in plain English and show you the exact next step. Nothing changes until you approve it.
One-time setup and pilot
NZ$999
We check account fit before you pay. Ad spend, new campaigns and ongoing ad management are not included.
Google and Meta give you plenty of numbers. The difficult part for a small-business owner is turning those numbers into a sensible next step.
You can see clicks coming in, but you are not sure which search terms to keep, question or block.
You have ads running, but the dashboard does not give you a simple answer about which one deserves attention.
You move between reports, ask different people and still do not have a short list of safe actions.
This is a one-time paid pilot for ads that already exist. We keep the first review small so you can see the quality of the work before considering anything wider.
We review one selected group of Google Search ads and look at the searches and keyword signals connected to it.
We review one selected Meta audience group and up to two Facebook or Instagram ads that are already running.
You receive a plain-English summary of what we found, why it matters and what we would do next.
The recommendation names the account item, the current setting, the suggested change and the downside to consider.
Your authorised team receives the managed workflow for local use with Codex or Claude Code, plus one guided handover run.
If access supports it and you approve, we apply one eligible type of change on one platform, then read the account again and record the result.
The workflow brings the selected Google and Meta evidence into one review. You see the recommendation, the reason and the owner-approval step before anything changes.

We do the checking and prepare the recommendation. You keep the business decision.
Share the offer you are advertising, the customer you want and the result you care about.
Together we select one Google Search ad group and one Meta ad set that are useful and safe to review.
We show what we found, the account evidence behind it and the exact change we recommend.
You can approve, reject or ask questions. Only an approved eligible change is applied, and only on one platform in the base pilot.
The written scope names the accounts, the small area being reviewed and the person who can approve a change.
We confirm the basics before preparing a paid scope. If the accounts are not ready, we tell you instead of selling a pilot that cannot be tested.
A named person in your business can approve access to the selected Google and Meta accounts.
There is one existing Search ad group with enough recent information to review.
There is one existing Meta ad set and no more than two existing ads you want us to check first.
You want a clear first decision, not a new campaign build or a full advertising retainer.
Starting from zero? If you need campaign strategy, new creative, landing pages, tracking setup or daily management, this NZ$999 pilot is not the right service on its own.
Your authorised team can use the managed workflow through Codex or Claude Code. The agent helps read the agreed account area and prepare the review, but a named person still decides whether anything changes.
Passwords and change access stay out of prompts and project files. We confirm the exact accounts, permissions and AI data settings before work begins.
The workflow does not roam through unrelated campaigns or accounts.
The proposal shows what would change and why before the platform is touched.
The Codex or Claude Code session cannot approve its own recommendation.
After an approved change, we read the account again and record whether the platform confirmed it.
Google Search is built around what people type. Meta is built around audiences, placements, creative and delivery. The workflow reviews each platform in the way it actually works, then gives you one clear decision list.
We look at the searches that triggered your ads and compare them with the customers you actually want.
We look at one selected audience group and up to two existing ads. We do not pretend Meta works like a keyword list.
Yes. The review is written for the business owner who needs to decide what to do next. You do not need to understand every advertising metric or technical setting.
No. It reviews only the agreed area. During the NZ$999 pilot, one eligible type of change can be applied on one platform after the named owner approves it. The other platform stays as review and recommendation only.
Not in this pilot. The NZ$999 service reviews existing ads. New campaign strategy, ad writing, creative, landing pages and full tracking setup need a different written scope.
No. We can give you a clearer review and a controlled way to make one approved change. Results still depend on the auction, demand, your offer, creative, landing page and tracking.
No technical knowledge is needed to read the review or approve a change. We set up the managed workflow for your authorised team and include one guided handover run.
Google and Meta access can differ by account. We first confirm ownership, campaign type, available data, permissions and the person who can approve a change. If the path cannot be tested, we do not start the paid pilot.
You do not need to prepare a technical brief. Tell us what your business sells, which Google and Facebook or Instagram ads are already running, and what you are unsure about. We will check whether the NZ$999 pilot fits before you pay.
